  3. Place the bottle somewhere on the floor so the gecko can crawl in.
  4. Leave the bottle overnight.
  5. Now, most of the time, the gecko will be attracted to the food, and it will end up inside the bottle; now that you have caught the gecko, you can release the gecko into the wild.
  6. If it doesn’t work the first time, refill the bait and try again.
